One of the new features of the software allows patients to edit their information on the IBDoc App. This will automatically update the information on the patient records on the IBDoc portal in the clinic. If you want to stop this automatic update, then please let us know and it can be blocked at a clinic level.
In addition, when setting up new clinical users you can switch off the automatic email notifications for results and overdue tests.
